Our Story
We're four colleagues who spent our careers building biotech — hands on — and now we help others move faster with fewer mistakes.
We grew up inside real biotechnologies — from genetic modification and construct design to process development, scale-up, production, and new product introduction. We've run pilots and plants, written and lived SOPs, handled QA and regulatory interfaces (GMP, FDA-minded processes), led R&D teams, raised money, built IP, and shipped products. Most of our pride sits in the technology trenches: turning lab signals into stable, on-spec output at scale.
After years of doing this inside companies, we realized our combined experience is rare and highly valuable to founders, investors, and operators who need to de-risk and deliver. So we created BioScale Experts: a small, senior team that takes an operator's responsibility for outcomes — from due diligence and scale plans to plant execution.
